Virginia was an absolute gift during my first 12 weeks of motherhood. From the moment she arrived, she brought calm, confidence, and care into our home. I truly can't imagine those early months without her – she gave me the greatest gift a new mom could ask for: peace of mind.
We truly can't say enough about Virginia. She cared for both of our daughters, and her presence in our home was so incredibly meaningful. When our first was born in 2021—during the height of Covid —I was pretty hesitant about inviting anyone into our bubble. But Virginia immediately put us at ease. Her calm, nurturing energy and deep expertise made us feel safe, supported, and confident in a time that felt so uncertain. As brand-new parents, we had no idea what we were doing; Virginia taught us everything—from diapering and bathing to feeding schedules and sleep routines. She helped me navigate pumping, supported my breastfeeding journey, and even helped our baby latch when I was struggling. Her knowledge and encouragement made all the difference. She took care of the baby's laundry, anticipated our needs before we even knew what to ask for, and somehow managed care for me too. She always made me a delicious cup of tea before I went to bed. When we welcomed our second child, there was no question—Virginia had to come back. She's not just a night nurse; she's a lifeline, a teacher, and a quiet force of calm in the chaos of newborn life. We feel so lucky to have had her by our side.
Virginia helped us through the first four months with our middle daughter, and then again with our youngest daughter. She is incredible - she's reliable, calm, knowledgeable, helpful, and loving. I always knew our babies were in the best possible hands when I was asleep. Virginia had them on a schedule right away, and they are incredible sleepers to this day. She also was so loving with our older daughter who simply wanted some extra attention. When the baby is asleep Virginia is extraordinarily helpful around the house. If I were to have another child, Virginia would be our first call.
